A product is sold out, will it come back?

If we see that a product is popular, we will certainly try to supplement it. On our Instagram and Facebook pages we will keep you informed of the latest updates, but you can also access the sold out product Enter your email address and you will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock. If you are very curious, don't hesitate to ask your question via our chat function at the bottom right of the screen, via instagram, facebook, mail or our contact form.

When will an item be back in stock?

We try to indicate as much as possible with the item in question when we expect it back in stock. If it is not stated with the article, then the delivery time is unfortunately not yet known to us.

Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve or have an article put away. This also applies to items in our Housewolf Store.

What are the payment methods?

How does the Housewolf Gift Card work?

You can have a Housewolf Gift Card delivered to yourself or to the lucky person who will receive the Gift Card.

You will receive the digital gift card by email.

We will package the physical Gift Card beautifully, so that it a joy to receive and to give. And fits through the letterbox.

The gift card can be bought and spent both online and offline.

Are you the lucky one who received the gift card and do you want to spend it online? Then enter the code on the card on our checkout page under the heading 'Gift voucher'.

Gift card rules:

- Enter the code stated on your gift card on the shopping cart page, in the 'Gift voucher' field.

- With a total shopping cart value of less than 75 euros, shipping costs will be charged automatically charged.

- You cannot buy a gift card with a gift card.

- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for money .

- When returned items have been paid for with a gift card, the amount to be returned will be put back on the gift card. The validity stated on the gift card remains applicable.

- Gift cards are valid for 2 years, unless stated otherwise.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs differ per country. The shipping costs to your country can be found in the shopping cart or checkout page of our website.

Within the Netherlands we charge €4.95 shipping costs if your shopping cart has a value of less than €75. Above €75,- we ship your order free. You can also pick up your order for free in our store.

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed on Tuesday to Saturday before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day with PostNL, provided your entire order is in stock. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be shipped on Tuesday. As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive a confirmation at the specified email address and an email with the Track & Trace code, with which you can track your order. Note; our emails can end up in your spam box!

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

After placing your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation. Didn't receive an email? First of all, check your junk mail. If you cannot find it there, something has probably gone wrong with entering your details or your payment may not have been completed. In this case, please contact us directly.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

After placing your order, it is often no longer possible to change or cancel this. The order will be processed immediately. Always contact us to be sure to inquire whether we can do something for you.

How do I return an item?

Register your return via your account, by clicking on the figure or on 'my account' in the top right of the screen. Didn't you create an account during checkout? Then click on 'Don't have an account? Get started' and still create an account with the e-mail address with which you placed your order.

Then select the order in your account that you want to return. Scroll down and click the 'Return items' button. Fill in the form and press Send. Your return has now been registered, now you only need to return your order to:

What is the return period?

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided your return complies with our return policy.

What should I pay attention to if I want to return an item? (return policy)

- Returns that are not registered according to the above instructions will not be processed.

- Items must not be damaged and must be returned in the original packaging.

- Design books may only be returned if they are still sealed. To prevent damage, we do not accept returns on design books without plastic packaging (Except Little Book of Gucci, Little Book of Chanel and Cereal Magazine).

- Earrings may not be returned due to damage. hygiene.

- Studio LDE artworks cannot be returned due to personalized work.

- Return costs are for the sender. Unless you paid with Paypal, click here for more info.

- Insure your return if necessary, Broken items (due to shipping) cannot be returned.

- You are responsible for the package until we receive it, so keep your proof of shipping until your return has been processed.

- Items that outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned.

- Returns that do not comply with our return policy can be returned for a fee.

I want to return an item, but I no longer have a packing slip. What should I do?

If you have not received a packing slip with your order or if you have lost it, we would like to ask you to do the following:

Enclose a note with your return and state:

Name

Order number

Item number(s) of the items to be returned

I forgot to add the packing slip to my return, what should I do?

Send an e-mail to info@housewolf.nl and state the following information:

- Name, order number, which items are involved and that you forgot to send your packing slip .

- If you have a track and trace code, please enclose it (so we can find your return faster).

I have returned my order, but have not yet received a credit note.

No worries! Then we have not yet received or processed your order. As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by email. You can expect the money in your bank account, credit card or PayPal account within a few days. When you have paid with Klarna, the outstanding amount will be settled on your Klarna account.

My item was delivered damaged, wrong or incomplete, what should I do?

Oh that's annoying! Report your complaint asap, but within 3 days via our complaint form.

My order has been returned to Housewolf, what now?

When we receive an unaccepted package back, we will keep it for 14 days. During that time you can still contact us to have the package sent again. However, we do charge costs for this.

If your order has been sent back to Housewolf, because the address has been entered incorrectly, we can send your order again. However, we do charge a fee for this.
